The story

Acuity Data was founded in early 2018 by a team of retail experts with more than 35 cumulated years of experience in the fields of IT, Data Science, retail industry and management of transformation projects.

Along their respective career paths, Acuity Data founders observed that retail companies have access to a tremendous amount of information which they often do not manage to transform into value. This can be explained by 3 main reasons :

  • IT infrastructure are often not designed for analytics and adapting them requires expensive and time consuming investments
  • analysts spend too much time manipulating data before being able to start analyzing and producing recommendations
  • information often poorly flow inside businesses and recommendations generally come too late in the hands of executives and operational teams.

Acuity Data solution enables to provide the right information to the right stakeholder at the right time to take the best decision.
